Our Stakeholders

Our stakeholders have commissioned us to secure fair access to justice for victims of domestic abuse. We will identify best practice in victims’ support through the judicial process and in prevention and perpetrator programmes; and we will identify gaps in the provision of the same. This scoping exercise will focus on Family Courts and include potential policy changes, national and local strategies as well as small pilots to be scaled.
